Hello Conservatives!
What an exciting time it is to be a Republican! With a presidential election coming up in a few short months, join us to rally behind John McCain and fight for our conservative ideals. We were very busy last academic year. Here are just a few of our activities last year:
- hosted the 79th Attorney General, John Ashcroft
- held a public screening of the documentary, Indoctrinate U
- protested the anal sex lecture
- held a voter registration drive on September 11
- spearheaded the "Concealed Carry" resolution
- held a rally for future President John McCain
- handed out yellow ribbons on Veteran's Day
- held a forum for African American students interested in Conservatism
- hosted the former Governor of Arkansas and former GOP Presidential candidate, Mike Huckabee, for his lecture on "The Role Faith Plays in Politics"
Some of our upcoming activities are as follows:
- a second screening of Indoctrinate U at 7pm, August 26 in RPC Auditorium
- Clubfest
- another crucial voter registration drive on Spetmber 11
From holding weekly meetings (6 PM in Rockefeller 115) to discussing issues pertinent to national politics, to engaging in social events to meet fellow Republicans, we work together to prove once again that the Republican ideals are truly best for our generation and campus. Join us in our fight against the left and in the good times we are sure to have. Come join our club and check it out for yourself. As always, all conservatives welcome!
